Introduction
Danielle practices as a general civil litigator and criminal defense attorney. Her general civil litigation practice involves representing clients in personal injury, insurance subrogation, debt collection and defense. As part of her general civil practice, Danielle also counsels clients in family-related matters, including dissolutions, child custody and support, and custody modifications. As part of her criminal defense practice, Danielle takes court-appointed cases representing indigent defendants in Iowa. Danielle takes every criminal case seriously – from speeding tickets to felonies – she takes the time to explain the charges, the evidence, and the repercussions of each and every criminal charge. Danielle makes it a priority to listen and understand each of her client’s goals to help guide clients through any legal issue – easy or difficult. Danielle is devoted to exceptional and transparent communication. If she doesn’t have the answer, she is committed to finding it. Outside of the office, Danielle enjoys watching TV shows, movies, and football (Iowa Hawkeyes and Green Bay Packers) with her family and friends.
