Katie practices as a general civil litigator and family law attorney. Her general civil litigation practice involves representing clients in a variety of actions including personal injury, insurance subrogation, landlord/tenant, debt collection and defense, guardianships, and conservatorships.  Katie counsels clients in all family-related matters, including dissolution of marriage, child custody and support, spousal support, custody modifications, private termination of parental rights, adoptions, preparation of pre-marital agreements, and domestic violence protective orders.  Katie takes the time to truly listen and guide her clients through complicated and emotional situations while offering professional insight. Clients value Katie’s empathetic listening skills, responsiveness, and active pursuit of practical solutions to various conflicts.  Outside of the office, Katie enjoys any outdoor activity and spending time with her husband and children.
