Nick’s practice centers on all areas of civil litigation, including personal injury, contracts, medical malpractice, employment law, and subrogation. Nick’s background in both defending and prosecuting civil matters allows him to provide unique insight into his clients’ issues and to identify practical solutions for client matters related to civil litigation. Nick also represents coaches regarding NCAA contract negotiations and compliance matters.   In addition, Nick’s practice encompasses government relations and public policy consulting, including lobbying the Iowa executive and legislative branches.
