Our offices occupy the entire fourth floor of the historic Homestead Building located at 303 Locust Street, in downtown Des Moines, Iowa. The Homestead Building is easy to spot as it is a four story red brick building with the Splash Seafood restaurant occupying the first floor on the sidewalk level. The Homestead Building is located on the corner of 3rd Street and Locust Avenue directly northwest across the intersection from the Des Moines Civic Center, and directly north of Cowles Commons and its famous giant green umbrella statute.
Coming from the East:
Take Insterstate 235 to Exit 8A toward Des Moines/Downtown/Iowa Events Center. Keep right at the fork; follow signs for 3rd Street and merge onto 3rd Street. Take 3rd Street south past the Iowa Events Center and down the hill. Our building is located at the bottom of the hill at the corner of 3rd Street and Locust Avenue. You will find parking at the meters on the street, or you can turn right on Grand Avenue one block before you reach Locust Avenue, then drive one block and turn left into the pay parking ramp located on 4th & Grand.
Coming from the West:
